FAQ
-
Can I see a sample of my wedding stationery before they go to print? You can order samples of my pre-designed collections online, however, due to them being a very small print run, costs are too high so they can't be personalised. You will, however, get a feel for the high quality stock and design. If you're having a bespoke design and want to ensure you're 100% happy with it (understandable!), you can have a sample printed for an additional cost which will be dependent on the design, size and stock.
-
How will my items be delivered?I send all items 1st class signed for and tracked for peace of mind within the UK for free.
-
How many invitations do I need to order?Make sure you order per household, not per person as that will cost you a fortune! It's always good to order a few extra incase any get lost in the post or you'd like to frame one as as a keepsake.
-
How long does it take to design, print and deliver my stationery?"If you are interested in one of my pre-designed collections, please allow at least 3 weeks from the point of ordering for me to tailor the design to suit your wedding day plans, have all designs approved, send them to print and then deliver them to your UK address. Bespoke designs will require a longer period depending on the work involved, but usually around 5-8 weeks. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss more. Please bear in mind that once items have been sent to print, no changes can be made.
-
Can you personalise my invitations to each guest?Yes! If you're looking to add your guests' names to your invitations, please let me know when ordering as this is an additional cost depending on your quantity and design requirements.
-
How do I pay for my order? If you're looking to order from one of my collections, all payments are made in full and processed through my website. I will then get in touch with you to discuss all your details and if there are any extra items you would like, these are processed externally. When ordering bespoke stationery, I take a 50% deposit upfront in order for me to start developing designs, and then the remaining balance is due just before your items go to print. This is all done via email and payments are made through online banking.
-
Can I have foiled invitations?Absolutely! If you're looking to add some shiny goodness to your invitations, please let me know when ordering as this is an additional cost depending on your quantity and design requirements.
-
When should I order my 'on the day' stationery? For menu's, table plans, order of service, name cards etc, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for design, print and delivery. Some of these items aren't on my site currently, so please get in touch if you're looking to order these.
-
How much do your venue illustrations cost? You can either have your illustration in ink (one colour) or full colour. Prices start from £80+ depending on the scope and style required. Please get in touch about illustrations or bespoke orders as these are processed separately to my online shop - please see the next question for how I take payment :)
-
How far in advance do I need to send my invites out?Traditionally, invitations are sent 3-6 months before your wedding date to give guests enough time to post back RSVP's and make travel/accommodation plans (if neccessary).
-
Do I need to send out save the date cards, and if so, when?"Everybody is different when it comes to save the dates - however, I'd say if you're planning on getting married during the peak summer months (June-August), it may be worth letting your guests know in advance as people tend to book holidays/make summer plans. If you do want to send save the dates, I'd recommend doing so around 12 months before your wedding date.
