FAQ
Everybody is different when it comes to save the dates - however, I'd say if you're planning on getting married during the peak summer months (June-August), it may be worth letting your guests know in advance as people tend to book holidays/make summer plans. If you do want to send save the dates, I'd recommend doing so around 12 months before your wedding date.
If you are interested in one of my pre-designed collections, please allow at least 3 weeks from the point of ordering for me to tailor the design to suit your wedding day plans, have all designs approved, send them to print and then deliver them to your UK address.
Bespoke designs will require a longer period depending on the work involved, but usually around 5-8 weeks. Please get in touch if you'd like to discuss more.
Please bear in mind that once items have been sent to print, no changes can be made.
You can order samples of my pre-designed collections online, however, due to them being a very small print run, costs are too high so they can't be personalised. You will, however, get a feel for the high quality stock and design.
If you're having a bespoke design and want to ensure you're 100% happy with it (understandable!), you can have a sample printed for an additional cost which will be dependent on the design, size and stock.
You can either have your illustration in ink (one colour) or full colour. Prices start from £80+ depending on the scope and style required. Please get in touch about illustrations or bespoke orders as these are processed separately to my online shop - please see the next question for how I take payment :)
If you're looking to order from one of my collections, all payments are made in full and processed through my website. I will then get in touch with you to discuss all your details and if there are any extra items you would like, these are processed externally.
When ordering bespoke stationery, I take a 50% deposit upfront in order for me to start developing designs, and then the remaining balance is due just before your items go to print. This is all done via email and payments are made through online banking.
