I then keep a record of this information so that I can help to deal with any enquiries or problems you may have in the future. I keep a record of any e-mail communication you send me, so that I can track any problems or concerns you’ve had (but hopefully none at all!). If at any time you would like your data erased from my records, you can so do by contacting me using the contact details below.

All the data I gather via my website or through communication (email or social media) with you is used to operate and expand the service I offer you, and to develop and tailor my service. I am dedicated to using your personal data only for:

I do not store or process your card or payment details myself, they are processed by Paypal and Stripe. Please see their individual privacy policies for more information on this matter.

How you can help me protect your data

Please bear in mind that whenever you willingly divulge personal data online in non-protected situations – for example on message forums, through email, or in chat spaces – that data can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal data online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited communications from other parties in return.
You can further protect your privacy by remembering to close your browser window when you have finished using the computer. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal data and communications. If you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet café. I cannot confirm or warrant the security of any data you communicate to me, and you do so at your own risk. Once I receive your communication, I do my utmost to ensure it's secure on my system.

Information Sharing
I love to share what I've made with my customers and potential clients, therefore if you have placed an order with me, I may use images of completed designs to showcase on my social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) and on my website. By completing a purchase from me, you are consenting to me using these images; I will always ensure that no personal details (such as emails, addresses, home addresses
and phone numbers) are displayed in these pictures.
If you would like me to remove any photographs relating to your purchase, please contact me at hello@paperpea.co.uk and I will remove these immediately.
